With full venue hire, you’ll have exclusive use of both floors.
The Ground Floor features a light-filled Terrace (seating up to 22 guests, weather permitting), an open kitchen, and The Main Restaurant for up to 40 guests seated or 80 standing. Upstairs, The Loft offers a private dining room for up to 60 guests seated or 100 standing.
Our Events Team will plan and coordinate everything from start to finish - including flowers, décor and every detail in between, so there’s no need for an event planner. -

The Loft at PYRÁ is an affordable private dining and event space on the first floor, perfect for unforgettable celebrations.
Seating up to 60 guests or 100 standing, it is ideal for weddings, birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events, photoshoots and more.
Blending contemporary Mediterranean design with a flexible layout, The Loft is a versatile backdrop for both intimate gatherings and large-scale events.

The main room at PYRÁ is located on the ground floor, featuring an open kitchen, bar, and bi-folding doors that open onto the Terrace. The space accommodates up to 40 guests seated or 80 standing. The Terrace seats up to 22 guests (weather permitting).

GENERAL QUESTIONS

All table linen, tableware and tall taper candles are included. Flowers are an extra charge of £20 per mini bud vase. We can also recommend a florist or you can arrange your own.

All dining furniture is included. If you would like lounge furniture & high tables for a standing event, we would have to hire in. Quote available on request.

You can play music through our speaker system, either send us a playlist or you can connect via bluetooth.
We also offer DJ equipment hire for £350 + VAT
And can provide one of our resident DJ’s for £400 + VAT

50% of the invoice is due when confirming and the balance is due 2 months before the event. If the event is within 2 months then 100% is due.
If the booking is cancelled 2 months before the event we refund any funds already paid. Within 2 months there’s no refunds.
